Try our classic Hakata Ramen, a pork bone based soup complete with the basics: a slice of chashu pork, fish cake, a soy egg, mushrooms, bamboo, and scallions in a miso base. If you’re feeling more adventurous, we recommend the Hakata Chanpon Ramen, a seafood and pork bone based soup topped with fresh vegetables.
