After turning on "Block Service", Spam Call Manager will identify and block malicious spam calls.

★ Instantaneous Caller Identification

By our "Call identification Card" service, you can check out the background information of that call, including all those Government Organization, such as, Hospital Authority or Fire Service Department.

Check out Advanced settings in the app in order to tailor-made your blocking experience.

★ Search All Those Malicious Call

Spam Call Manager allow user to search spam call offline by their phone number or name.

★ Report suspicious number

Help other Spam Call Manager User to identify Spam call by reporting suspicious call. (Not supported in Beta)

★ FREE Advanced Protection

In Silence Mode, you can set weekday schedule or timer in order to block/silent all call in certain period.

★ Personal WhiteList and BlackList

You can block a phone number which is not in out Db by setting up your own BlackList, and allow some phone number in Db to call you by adding them in your own whitelist.

★ Automatic Update

Spam Call Manager will udpate its db automcatically at night.

★ Other Functioin

Block Private Number, Block All those not in your contact list, block all international number.

Permission Related:

After open Call Defender, system will promote you to give certain essential permissions. If those permissions are not granted, Call Defender may not function well.

★ Special Right

Android 5.0 or Above: Call Defender need Notfication Access Permission in order to Silence Call, and actually we won't aceess your notification.

A: Settings > Sound & Notification > Notification Access > Spam Call Manager

A: Settings > Apps > On ActionBar press "Gear" icon > Draw Over Other App > Spam Call Manager

Q: How does "Automatic Update" work?

A: Automatic Update will be scheduled according to your frequency setting at night. Please ensure that your phone has available network connected.

Q: Do I need to pay monthly for this app?

A: No, All is Free.

Q: Will it update my personal information?

A: Only if having the consent of user, and we only upload necessary information.

Q: How to delete a record in Personal Blacklist, Personal Whitelist or Block History?

A: Long Click the Record, and click confirm in the pop-up dialog.

A: Primarily, we focus on blocking Junk Call From Hong Kong.

Important Note

• To make sure Spam Call Manager works properly, please load the app at least once after installation.

• If you are using Task Killer or Task Management apps, make sure to put Spam Call Manager as trusted app.

• We do not read or block SMS.

• Using Call Identification Card does not require Internet connection.

• Updating Database, do need Internet Connaction.

• Devices with unofficial Android framework might experience compatibility problem.
