Changes up to v4.3.4

1. Inline Audio Recording bar on Rooms (temporarily hidden) to record audio while scrolling through items and conditions
2. Button in sidebar to manually re-download and update settings & dictionaries
3. Remove local audio recordings by press and holding on them
4. Button to show report declaration on signature screen
5. Identified a performance drain after Pull-to-fetch, temporarily replaced with a button to download inspections
