"Iter8 - Kaizen life" is a simple application that can help you in self improvement. It’s based on Kaizen and Continuous Improvement philosophy. Kaizen is the Japanese word for "Good change". What Continuous Improvement or Kaizen is? Originally method is not used in self improvement but in improving business processes. It was formalized by popularity of Lean and Agile. First used by Toyota, now extremely popular in IT world. Anyway it suits every part of life and is perfect for self development. The general idea is based on four-step Deming cycle: Plan->Do->Check->Adjust(or Act)

Plan: Once a week plan your Good Change: describe what is it about, what are your expectations, what is your motivation, which of your habits will it affect. Remember, plan a small self improvement instead of a life revolution.

Do: Verify your progress regularly, never give up, write down your findings.

Check: Iter8 will remind you about weekly results verification. Compare your findings to expectations from self improvement planning.
