App We the People

If you were born and have lived in a big city all your life you will probably not understand this App. This is not an App for Madrid, New York, Tokyo or Sao Paulo.

This is an App which is interesting for people whose family relationships matter. In Spain, for example, family still matters for many people. In many countries it is still an important issue.

This App is aimed at people from villages and towns under 100.000 inhabitants. Normally, you need to geographically be in the town in order to be able to register to the App Los del Pueblo. So, if you want to register for the App Los del Pueblo in Springfield (the town of Homer Simpson) you have to be at that very moment in Springfield, in that town. With this restriction we want to attain that most people registered actually are residents of that town and actually are interested in the people, families, pets and nicknames of this very town. Additionally, people already registered AND being geographically in the town or village will be able to register other adults and pets. These adults not being geographically in town at the moment of registration will get their password from their friends and be able to modify the password later. Registration of minors is only possible by their legal tutors.

Nevertheless, there will be an exception for people whose town or village has “geographically” disappeared (Chernobyl, Fukushima, Assuan, Pompeya). Another exception will be for other places whose residents change very often (ISS, International space station, people living in a boat around the world), so that people can register in these “villages or towns” even if they are not physically there.

Actually, we would like to have a means of prevent that people without relation to Chernobyl or Fukushima (as an example) register. We would like to keep the App only for people born there, with a close relation to people who lived there, people who actually lived there, etc. It is not an App for everybody. We would be glad if you can help us to find a way to filter registration in a way that is fair and easy for people with relation to these “towns or villages” to register easily and filter out people without a relation to these villages. We thought about making some questions in Ucranian and Japanese as a filter to register would help.
