We have now introduced "Notification Manager" in M!Account:

Notification Manager will allow you to manage all the unwanted notifications that you don't want to see, so that you never miss an important notification.

Just choose the apps for which you want to see the notifications and the notifications from rest of the apps will be captured in the Notification Tab of M!Account.
