Make Me Run helps you manage your interval training. Designed to be simple and straight to the point, Make Me Run conducts tests to evaluate the user's fitness and generates an individualized training set. Each train divides the course into sprints of running and walking. As the person exercises, the difficulty levels increase: walking sprints become shorter and running sprints become longer.
During the course, visual, sound and vibrating signs are used to alert the runner that it is time to change the pace. At the end, statistics are shown to better monitor the progress.
