Tutte le categorie devono essere applicate attraverso la Direzione degli immobili

Bungalow No.5, Type- VIII, Ashoka Road, New Delhi is allotted for marriage/social purpose,on payment of Licence Fee, prescribed for each category of applicants, and Refundable Security Deposit, for a maximum period of 5 days to:;

(i) The Central Govt. Employees eligible for GPRA,;

(ii) Sitting Members of Parliament,;

(iii)Retired Central Govt. Employees, ";

(iv) Central Govt. Employees working inineligible offices for GPRA/Officers of PSUs/State Govts., ;

(v) Ex-Members of Parliament, ;

(vi) Persons other than dependents recommended by MPs/ex-MPs; and ;

(vii) Persons not falling under any of the above categories.;

The applicants of all categories have to apply ‘online’ through the Directorate of Estates’ website / mobile app and payments are made online only after confirming the booking by the Directorate of Estates.;

Hard copy is not required. For Serving Central Government Employees, concerned offices will utilize their Admin IDs for online submission after verification. Applicants can download and print their Application Request Form, Confirmation Letter, Allotment Letter and Authority Slip.;

The procedure, period of advance booking,refund and criteria for deciding priority are as per the instructions issued vide Office Memorandum No. 12035/8/2014-Pol.II dated 08.11.2016. Day to day maintenance of the Bungalow is carried out by the CPWD.;
