Added "Optically Centered" layout option. This layout calculates the position of the artwork window to be slightly above center vertically. Many consider this a more visually pleasing layout for framed artwork.
Added a scrollbar on main window for devices with smaller displays, so that user may scroll down to bottom of screen.
