• COMPREHENSIVE MATERIAL CONSULTATION : Carryout full consultation by specifying material category, grades, fluid data and get analysis results which includes usage, heat treatment, hardness, cold work, chemistry, testing requirements and more

• CARRYOUT MATERIAL SELECTION: Material can be selected based on user specified fluid data such as Temperature, H2S Partial Pressure, Chloride content, pH value etc.

• GET ACCEPTABLE MATERIALS BASED ON USAGE: Based on user specified usage scenario such as fittings, gaskets, fasteners, subsea, valve tubing, compressors, product forms (plates, forged etc.) and more

• FIND MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS : Get information on material requirements such as heat treatment requirements, hardness, cold work, chemistry etc.

• SAVE, PRINT OR EMAIL RESULTS: Consultation results can be saved in .txt format. Users can email results & print them.

• pH ESTIMATION MODULE: pH can be estimated using user specified H2S, CO2 content, Total pressure and bicarbonate content. This estimated pH can be used for material selection & to find SSC Region

• PITTING RESISTANCE : Estimate the pitting resistance for the specified material grade. Find alloys based on minimum PREN required

• ALLOY DATABASE: Get complete chemistry / chemistry of grades. Search for alloys based on specified filters in composition.

• EXHAUSTIVE TECHNICAL REFERENCE: A comprehensive technical reference material that includes theoretical basis cracking mechanisms and interpretations based on NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156
