* Added voice and video calling!
* This includes all the different call management options
* Clicking on a displayname inserts that into the message box
* Click on any (textual) event to copy its content
* Fixed an edge-case where messages could be duplicated
* Fixed several reported issues/crashes - please let us know if you find any issues (via menu -> Send Bug Report)

Update: We no longer require the autofocus feature, as that stopped some phones from installing the app.
