Version 1.21.4 - Major update!

• Reverting the graphics, smoother and light performance
• Supports 32bit & 64bit
• New Vehicles : Sandrail & Aerobug
• New Tracks : Bash Field & Antartica
• New physics engine. We tried to setup as identical as before, but it may cause different feel on certain vehicles.
• Unable to choose server region anymore
