Login Screen

Use Case: Login Screen.

Description: This screen allows (only) the registered users to access the application.

ADMIN:

Task Management Screen

Use Case: Managing task for different users.

Description:

1.Task management screen with Create New Task and Manage Existing Task buttons, for Admin.

2. Task management screen for view new and completed task, for Users.

Preconditions: 1. User has installed and logged in application

Normal Flows:

1. Admin should be able to create task using Create New Task button with the Name of the task, duration (start and end date) and location

2. User should be able to view already created trip in the news feed

Post Conditions: User navigated to appropriate screen based on button click

Create New Task

Use Case: Create New Task

Description: This screen allows Admin to create new Task, this screen will not visible to the workers

Preconditions: 1. User has installed and logged in to the application

Normal Flows:

1. The Admin assign a Task and name of workers to perform this task, by using a drop down.

2. Admin can enter the date and time by using google calendar and timer.

3. The Admin selects the task location and adds the location info into news feed.

4. Gives task editing access to Admin.

5. New TT will generate during every new task create.

Post Conditions:

1. Admin clicks on Save, which creates a new task and sends it to the Workers and it is stored in a database (news feed).

2. The Admin is then navigated to the home screen.

View Tasks in the News Feed

Use Case: View tasks

Description: View list of all those tasks in which worker is a member of it.

Preconditions:

1. The user has installed the application and is a Admin.

2. The user selects to go view task from app home screen.

Normal Flows:

1. The user will be able to see a clickable list of tasks.

2. The user can click and select one of those tasks to see the status of selected task.

3. The user can also edit that task (e.g. Expenditure of worker, finish the task etc.).

Post Conditions: User is navigated to the task management screen.

Worker Management

Add Workers

Use Case: Manage Workers

Description: This screen allows user to add Workers in database

Preconditions:

1. The user has installed and logged in to the application.

2. The user is The Admin.

Normal Flows:

1. The user fill details of workers in short entry form.

2. The user will be able to see a list of existing workers in the worker list.

3. Edit / Remove Buddy:

a. The user can then remove any of the Worker.

b. User clicks on the Edit which allow the Admin to edit the details of worker

Post Conditions:

1. Worker will be added or removed from database and user will be navigated to trip home screen.

WORKER:

Workers can view all the new tasks and completed task,

Workers can add expenditure, send images of that task.

Worker can send the remarks when there is a problem in task completion.

Worker can view the advance per day.
