Added new "Registry" module:
- look through all avialible registries either sorted by groups or standalone;
- create, edit or remove registry records;
- run any registry routes: both configured and your own;
- open full information about the document by once-clicking on the billet and see all comments, files, works and actions thereon

Note: For correct operation of the mobile application you need to use a version of SYNERGY not less than 3.11
