This is part of a bigger platform called "MPSCAN", by Africa Leadership Institute (AFLI), which platform coordinates the collecting, aggregation, analysis and sharing of reports, metrics and feedback around the important task of tracking the performance of Members of Parliament of Uganda as per their mandates and the expectations of their constituents.

It contains a general MP Reporting tool that allows someone to give feedback and rank an MP by constituency and such a manner that it's aligned with one of several official categories of interest.

There are more tools available to more technical users (mostly AFLI staff and stakeholders), that can allow arbitrary data collection in the same spirit.
