- improved stability when taking photos

- increased button size on scanner overlay and moved buttons more into the middle
- fixed a bug that could lock up the app when logging out a user
- revised the badges view to show categories
- added a way to reset the fitness device integration in case there are any problems
- fixing an issue that caused offline queue caps to be deleted if they are uploaded before the scanned munzee is deployed
- updated translations
