MyHealthAvatar is a lifestyle app designed to monitor your daily health. It offers many functions, including:

· Activity Tracking: the app records your daily physical activity levels using your location services. Summarising your lifestyle and assessing your quality of life. It allows you to review your daily activity levels, with the option to revisit past data to compare and contrast your changes in behaviour.

· Sitting Behaviour: siting duration and breaks from sitting will be measured daily. With a notification every 30 minutes to remind you to break up your sitting time. Set a goal and see how close you are to achieving it via the real time feedback images.

· Wellbeing and care: the app offers information and advice surrounding your BMI, weight, heart rate, blood pressure and glucose levels. With the ability to record your data for comparison between dates and changes in behaviour.

· Medication: alarm and reminders can be set to ensure you remember to take your medication, if appropriate, at a consistent time.

· Questionnaire: complete a questionnaire surrounding your feelings over the past week and get real time feedback via a positive and negative scoring system.

· Mood: input your mood throughout the day to receive your overall mood for that day. Try out the ‘breath relax’ feature to slow down your breathing and relax.
