How to recharge your account?

When your balance runs low, recharge your account using recharge cards and following any of the below mentioned procedure:

Dial *102*PIN number of recharge card# and then press the call button

Dial 90012 and then enter the PIN number of your recharge card.

Type the PIN number of your recharge card and send SMS to 90012.

Ncell recharge cards are available in Ncell Centres, Ncell Shops and other authorized shops across the nation.

You can also recharge your account for Rs. 10 and above from any of the nearest Ncell authorized outlets using e-recharge.

How to recharge Ncell mobile online or through bank card?

Here are the steps for Ncell online recharge.

To recharge Ncell mobile online, you either need to have a bank card (debit or credit) from Master card or Visa or Union pay.

Then Visit Ncell portal (https://payment.ncell.axiata.com/) or use Ncell official app.

Enter the mobile number only and select the balance amount to top up for recharge through bank cards. OR directly input the mobile number and recharge PIN in case of recharge through recharge card.

After clicking next, you will be asked to put the card number and details. Then the recharge will be done through the card. As they are using TLS protocol, the data communication is known to be secure.

It seems that Ncell has partnered with Nabil for the online recharge service, as we can see the Nabil bank logo in the portal while putting the card details.
