This messenger was created using the secure Telegram protocol for Android.

Its name was chosen to remind of the similar peer-to-peer structure of human brain.

NOTE: If you want to use paranoid settings - which means to use the highest privacy level in regard to your mobile device, we recommend you to use it in conjunction with App Ops Starter as follows: after installing our NEURO TRANSMITTER, but even before starting it, use App Ops Starter application to limit the permissions required by NEURO TRANSMITTER. In this way you can use the application with basic features (e.g. only text messaging) by removing its access to your storage, camera and so on. Remember: you should open the NEURO TRANSMITTER only after you removed the features you don't want to use. (The least permissions you must allow are Receive text messages, Overlay application interface and Keep screen on - in order to allow NEURO TRANSMITTER to function as a simple text messenger.)
