It's not a swish city gym that sparkles, it's in an industrial unit and it's got a bit of grit, but don't get me wrong, it's not spit and sawdust either, we have top grade equipment for all muscle groups, a large artificial grass area for classes and functional training, we even have a sunbed!

It's made for the job - to train hard and get serious results. We're all about the results! We're not just in this for the money, we're in it because it's a passion, something very close to our hearts, and we want to share that with you.
