Mini update.
1. Added gamepad frame.
2. Added a money system. Money can be farmed by playing missions or training with fighting AI. We never will use a in-app purchases by real money.
3. Added new gamepad theme (animated) with price 3000 RYO.
4. Game now can save a last selected theme for gamepad.
5. Zipped a size of game from 49mb to 46mb by optimization.
