~moved a few buttons around.
~added a confirm option when choosing a new board.
~fix a possible out of moves glitch.
~changed the x2 and x5 blocks to x20 and x50.
~made it so any xX effects can not effect on to a negative round score.
~made an in game block finally work.

~tweaked the spawning chance of some blocks.
~re worked some coding.
