A PMC initiative to extend various delivery channels for responsive governance

CARE stands for Citizen Assistance Response and Engagement. Being one of India’s biggest IT cities, Pune is home to world leading IT companies. Keeping in mind the needs of citizens, PMC CARE aims to provide multiple channels for all segments of citizens in Pune.

Citizen (C): Citizens are at the core of our CARE framework. Punekars being proactive always, now, citizens’ collaboration and engagement would be the key to success for responsive governance.

Assistance (A): Looking for assistance? PMC has tried to capture all its processes and information related to civic administration.

Response (R): PMC CARE has a full-fledged social media presence through an app, Facebook page, Twitter handle, Google Plus handle and even a WhatsApp number.

Engagement (E): PMC CARE is a step towards empowering every Punekar by collaborating together. Citizens are provided with channels to voice the good ideas and suggestions which can help PMC in the development of the city.

1. One Stop Solution:

b) Discussion Forum

Have a topic to discuss about? Have a voice to be heard? Post discussion topic to the people and let the citizen voice their opinion. Talk, discuss and share to make the city a better place to be.

c) Community

Are you interested in looking out for people with the same vision and interests? Create or join a community to be part of a focussed group.

d) Polls / Surveys

We have something for you to decide. Participate in the polls and suggest what is best.

e) Volunteer

We have created a place for citizens to volunteer themselves for the noble cause of giving. Visit and volunteer yourself to be part of a greater cause and a beautiful society

a) Submit a complaint from the same place without having to navigate to other sites

b) Look at all your complaints and status of each

a) Look-up for Death and Birth records

b) Add properties and pay property tax. Look for all previous bills paid

c) Add consumer numbers for water bill payment.

a) Emergency? PMC Care will list out and show you the nearby emergency facilities available to the citizens.

b) Leisure? Yes we will bring to you the places of visit when you are in the city of Pune
