Big change:
. New interactive tutorial when you first play the game, making it clear how to play.

Minor fixes:
. Globe swiping is now relative to screen size, making it easier to start the game
. Fixed issue where poly sometimes hangs on the edge of blocks (hopefully)
. Game can now be rotated with the device to either landscape orientation
. Coins are now only stored upon level completion, so no more coin mining
