PushMe - Notification Reminder

Note: To make PushMe work correctly, please make sure to not restrict it by any battery optimisation if your phone has these. Check your system settings app to give PushMe high priority status.

New:
- Notifications should have less delay now
- Date and time are now in one dialog for faster creation of notifications
- The save button is now always visible, even with the keyboard visible
- New language: Hindi
