App sends out an alert message (through text messaging, email and posts status alert on Facebook) that you need help, sends your location information, IMEI number of your phone, also sends a link of google maps showing them the route to reach you.

Are you now wondering whom it may send the information to? Yes, there's a provision in this app to store 10 contacts of your near and dear ones that you would want to inform about your emergency situation.
