Rotating Watch Face

This release introduces three new features:

1. the clock face will move up and out of the way of any notifications

2. The configuration app on the phone has been dropped in favour of on watch settings or managing settings through the Android Wear app

3. Translations to languages other than the Queens English, specifically French and Spanish.
