The Saffron Kitchen (meaning Red Spinach) is an Authentic Indian Cuisine serving an extraordinary combination of flavours, delicate seasonings, in- house freshly ground spices, marinades and complex tastes whilst only using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Our chefs do an outstanding job in bringing you the most authentic Indian cuisine. Our menu is a culinary delight where east meets west. Saffron Kitchen recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and fused with modern European techniques served in contemporary style.

Indian cuisine reflects 5,000 years history of various cultures interacting with the subcontinent, leading to its diversity of flavours and regional cuisines influenced by the Moguls, mainly of dishes and bread cooked in the tandoor clay oven and meats and vegetables slowly cooked in either tomato, onions and groundnut or vegetable-based sauces, which are expertly seasoned according to the type of dish.

Our chefs reinterpret the true authentic and traditional flavours with their ‘Signature Dishes’ with an openness towards global techniques and highlights distinct Indian flavours.
