"SCUG® - Homeless and Natural Disaster Resources" is a fully voiced map system providing resources and guides for California's homeless and natural disaster resources.
Information is provided by numerous state and local entities/organizations. This program lists local resources near you on a easy to read map with one-button information panels for locations and times. one-button phone calls if available, and one-button navigation directions through Google maps. The program also saves a local copy of the resources onto your phone for offline use.
***NOTE: This is a passion project solely done by Michael Andrew Iseri to make a difference in this world as a lawyer and software engineer. For some info, Michael Iseri was appointed by the California Supreme Court to serve on the Committee of Bar Examiners to create the California Bar Exam for a four-year term; and he was also contacted by Google and classified as a "legal programming unicorn" for this and other Google Play Store legal programs (Google also brought him to Mountain View). MAJOR NEWS: LAWPP is a finalist to the Global Legal Hackathon 2020 Competition.
---Due to continual development of "Esq. A.I." for the competition, new programming breakthroughs have been developed. With this update, all LAWPP's programs such as this one would be using a uniformed programming system.
PATCH NOTES:
- Can now move the program to the phone's external SD
- Integrating "Esq. A.I." technology for automating resources generation
- Improved user interface
