add push notifications for faster/more reliable updates;
fix bug when notification disappears;
update notification immediately when notification style changed;

add sensor settings button to full screen graph toolbar
add separate button to open fullscreen graph
allow to notifs show on lockscreen, less text for simple notif type
show some graph immediately after adding sensor
