As one of the most influential textile events in China, the 17th International Exhibition on Textile Industry (ShanghaiTex2015) will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center, PR China on June 15-18, 2015.

Debuted in 1984, ShanghaiTex is a biennial event recognized as the best congregation place of industry professionals and the ultimate trading and technology exchange platform in the textile industry. The theme of ShanghaiTex 2015 is "The Grand Showcase of Textile Application Technology Leading Automation Transformation and Upgrade of China's Textile Industry". It will cover seven product zones and the total exhibition area will reach 103,500 sqm with over 1,000 exhibitors and 60,000 trade visitors. The last edition (ShanghaiTex 2013) covered an area of 103,500 sq.m., featuring more than 1,000 leading international exhibitors from 25 countries and regions to showcase top notch machineries and latest textile products around the world. The 4-day Expo attracted a remarkable attendance of 53,183 professional visitors.
