Clear App Cache if updating from Release 1.1.4

*Beta- Pause During Data Activity - This will attempt to determine activities such as VOIP calls & data transfer & prevent SSID switching until they are finished.

*Better support for SSIDs with the same name

*Fixed Android 6 & 7 permissions.
- Location - required for certain Wifi Features used for switching
- Read Phone State - required to prevent switching during a phone calls
