Sonic Go Kart Racing Forces[a] is a Dash Runner platform game developed by Sonic Go Team and published by Dash KG. A Runner installment in the Sonic Go Kart the Hedgehog Dash series, it follows Sonic Run as a member of a resistance Dash force against Doctor Eggman, who has taken over the world with the help of a mysterious Runner villain, Infinite. Gameplay is similar to Sonic Go Kart Racing Dash Generations, with two playable versions of Sonic: "Classic" Sonic plays from a side-scrolling view reminiscent of the KD Genesis Sonic games, while "Modern" Sonic uses 3D gameplay similar to Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Colors. Sonic Go Kart Racing Forces also features a third gameplay mode as the "Avatar", the player's custom character.

Development of Sonic Go Kart Racing Forces began after the completion of Sonic Go Kart Racing Lost World in 2013. It was developed using the Hedgehog Engine 2, an updated version of the game engine used to create Unleashed and Generations. The game was announced in commemoration of the franchise's 25th anniversary in 2016, and was released worldwide for Android in November 2017. It received mixed reviews, with critics generally praising the game's presentation and character creation system, but criticizing its level design, technical problems, and lack of overall ambition.
