SPK UP NC is a program that enables students to send anonymous tips about school safety concerns like bullying, fighting or even weapons from their smartphone or tablet.

These anonymous tips give school administrative teams the information they need to take actions to make North Carolina schools a safer place to learn. SPK UP NC combines prevention, intervention and response expertise from the N.C. Center for Safer Schools to North Carolina’s local school districts.

SPK UP NC gives students the ability to speak up for themselves, their friends and classmates, and their schools about safety concerns.
