Stampy - DateTime Stamp Camera

- Added stamp setting button to go to stamp custom settings.
(The setting button appears on the right side of the menu when you select a customizable stamp.)

- Changed the app to start with the camera used before.
(Stamps and live filters remain selected too.)

- Added 6 new stamps.

- Added 50 new live filters.

- Fixed an error occurred when using the gallery in a country that uses daylight saving time(DST).

- Fixed an error occurring after taking a camera or selecting a picture.
