Google Fit Bug Patches: Back button should no longer cause the application to crash if not logged in via google fit - please email if you still experience this!

Fixed a bug which caused app to crash when google fit connection fails.
'Continue Workout' message should only appear when you first load the app (until you dismiss it, of course.)
Height/Weight now automatically updated/logged from/to google fit when loading the Basic Stats page
