Stats screens should no longer crash randomly
Added a 'default' screen for new users - will of course be expanded over time.

Fixed a layout regression
removed Facebook login, as their sdk is always broken
Back Button Navigation Fix
Long-Clicking an exercise in the workout screen should now provide an edit dialog.
Adding an exercise permanently with multiple sets should now reflect in the workout screen on subsequent loads (not visible immediate because you just logged it! ;)
