Studio 3 Yoga Is A Place To Begin Your Journey Into Mindfulness

We offer Gentle Flows, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasas, Guided Meditation and Yoga Teacher Training classes for the residents of Upland, Claremont, Montclair and La Verne. David and Jennifer, the owners of Studio 3, are Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructors whose teachings and instruction are rooted in the lineage of the Hatha tradition.

The specialty of Studio 3 Yoga & Fitness is to bring you into a place of gentle mindfulness while building muscle tone, flexibility and strength. Our instructors are classically trained in the practice of Hatha Yoga and it’s near cousin Ashtanga Yoga. We also offering private mentoring in the practice of yoga.

In our Lobby there’s a wealth of reading materials on the subject of yoga along with handmade soaps, lotions and bath bombs. After visiting our studio we hope you’ll call it home.
