pratica SWAN giornaliera: Record e riassumere le qualità su base periodica.

In SWAN app daily SWAN practice can be recorded. To start daily SWAN practice a new period shall be started (Start new period). Data recorded during periods are summed up by the app (see Summary).

New period

Daily SWAN's can be recorded on period basis: a period might be one day or one week or one month. Set time of daily reminder if you wish (if not, simply uncheck). The app can also check if less strengths entered than weaknesses, at least as many strengths as weaknesses shall be entered (recommended).

Daily SWAN

In Strengths, Weaknesses, Ambitions and Needs sections daily experiences can be entered (only one in a row), for the current day. By tapping "+" a new row can be added and with "-" the row can be deleted. Tap Save to record daily SWAN, no further edit is allowed.

Summary

From the period list select which one to show. By swiping left and right you can go back and forth in periods.

If you wish to delete a period tap it and hold until a confirm dialog shows up, tap OK to delete data permanently.
