The game has 3 game modes from common mental illnesses. Each game mode is different from one another depicting different day-to-day scenarios in the life of the characters.

Schizophrenia - Spot all the hallucinations you may encounter as you walk around town.

Anxiety Disorder - Look for specific objects inside the dark rooms filled with boobytraps.

Parkinson's Disease - Keep the container from toppling as you feel shakiness from your arms.
