Poverty is a major issue in the world. Ignoring it is a surefire way of allowing poverty to continue to grow and disenfranchise so many young people. The TakeCare Center, Inc. puts world donors in action by serving people in crisis, poverty and disaster conditions in economically distressed communities worldwide. Through our programs we alleviate human suffering by providing emergency relief during times of natural disasters and family sustainability to impoverished communities, including the homeless. Our mission is designed to assist people in their efforts to become independent, productive, and stable. We believe that encouragement, planning, education and support will be the impetus for lasting change for those living under the burden of poverty.
