Employees and managers can work together on realizing goals, step-by-step, through frequent easy alignment or check-in's. Real-time, useful feedback from colleagues strengthens your ability to make progress.

The app helps you keep your goals in sight and gives you access to the accountability (job description) and competency requirements that come with the job. So all inputs that give you direction in your daily work are brought together for full clarity.

Managers have access to the info of their team members and are able to makes notes in the continuous dialogue feature, to help them coach their team members effectively.
