Courage, dedication and a lot of passion for everything that is authentic and genuine: these are the magical ingredients that have characterized our reality since its birth in 2016. Since then we have never stopped, constantly striving to combine in our snacks, from unique flavor, all the values ​​of the culinary tradition of our land. A land made of breathtaking landscapes, vivid colors and surprising tastes, which we want to evoke with our products. The ancient "Mastri Fornai" claimed that the ingredients for a high quality product were four: mountain wheat, spring water, pure air and processing. To these four ingredients we also add experience and passion for this ancient and noble craft. This is how we intend to bring to the table the quality of the best traditions of Calabrian bakery art. Right from the start, to respond to a particular market need, we started a new adventure by inaugurating the Locanda 5 pani, our factory completely dedicated to the production of snacks and typical bakery products.
