Tatwamasi is an Android mobile application developed by the Kerala Motor Vehicles Department jointly with Kerala Road Safety Authority, to ensure a safe and pleasant Sabarimala pilgrimage for Lord Ayyappa devotees.

The Tatwamasi Android App is made 100% Mobile Accessible. Mobile Accessibility involves making Apps and mobile content accessible to people who are differently abled including visually challenged users.

The highlight of the application is the module which helps a motorist to get help from Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) officials in case of a breakdown or an emergency. The motorist can just press a button in the provided screen which will send his/her location and phone number to MVD so that they can call him/her back. The motorist can opt to enter additional information like vehicle registration number, vehicle type and nature of breakdown/emergency before pressing the button for help which might expedite the arrival of help.

Tatwamasi ensures that a Sabarimala pilgrim will have access to all necessary information at his finger tips. Useful information like Pooja timings for any day during the season and bus/train timings from/to nearby stations can be viewed. Parking availability at various locations on the way to Pampa will be refreshed at regular intervals. Addresses and locations of rest areas, food spots and fuel spots along the roads included in the Sabarimala Safe Zone can be viewed.

Contact details of emergency services like Police department, Fire Force, hospitals and other services are provided along with MVD helpline numbers.

A route map is provided with all the relevant points marked so that a Sabarimala pilgrim will always know his current location and relevant spots around him. The pedestrian trail to Sannidhanam** ("Sarana Patha") will be marked separately in the map so that a devotee can follow the trail with a GPS enabled mobile phone or tablet.
