Tracks 4 Droid

General purpose tracking. Simple and effective!

This is a simple tracking app. Press start and it will track you wherever you go in the background. When you are done, press stop and optionally tag or name the track. You can manage and edit all your saved tracks. You can display each track on the map and get the velocity and address at each point along the track. You can also get the distance traveled and average velocity for the entire track. Notifications are displayed on the notifications bar about the status. The app can also be configured to better suit your velocity profile.

Version 2.0!

User Accounts and online synching! Hit the synch button and create a new account. Activate your account, enter the sign in information under T4D settings and synch your tracks online! Go to Tracks4Droid.com and sign in to manage your tracks online.

T4D configuration is moved to the menu under the home screen.

Version 1.4

T4D now checks and reminds the user if GPS is not enabled under the phone's settings.

The "Rate Now" link under Menu > About now takes user to the Market Place app instead of opening the browser. SO rating the app is much easier and straight forward :)
