Added satellite/street view

Trail Types can now be hidden by clicking on them in the pull out menu

Added button to top right corner to open the right pull out drawer which contains list of trails for MI and WI

Last used map style(street view or sat/street view) will be opened by default the next time the app is used.

Trailheads are now back for MI. Clicking on a trailhead will open up the location in google maps for easy navigation the the trailhead
