Permissions now handled correctly. More devices formatted properly. The Startup Screen now has a graphic with easy explanations.

This App has a internal Database which includes All Runways, Frequencies, and Airports. In the World. No downloads. It also has a Data Connection dependent METAR and TAF information by airport. The Moving Map needs a Data Connection when you first look at an airport or route, it is then maintained in the app for a minimum of 1 week.
