This amazing application determines when you are somewhere without wifi networks, or when you are on the move, and disables the wifi in these cases -- without using the power-hungry GPS! This can cut wifi power use by over 90%! This will take care of the wifi so you don't have to!

This will also help prevent those aggravating audio or video stream dropouts that can occur when walking, biking, driving, or on a bus or train as the phone momentarily sees a wifi network it likes and switches back and forth between wifi and cellular data.

For Wireless Tether for Root Users, Foxfi, or other tethering app, please turn off UltraWifiManager first, run the tethering app, and restart UltraWifiManager when you're done tethering.
