From within the walls of colonial mansions, to the dusty streets dotted with revellers, Cuba’s historical make-up, its dynamism and its intrinsic beauty, is a celebration of the Country’s zest for life and persistence to always go against the grain.As so many have done before, Tony and Avril Melhem – creators of Coco Cubano – fell in love with Cuba’s electric and indulgent culture, and decided to bring to Australia, a taste of that very same culture which spawned the salsa, mambo, Havana Club Rum and Cohiba cigars.
