Vivup highfive recognition

This update provides additional functionality for fund managers. Organisations are now able to delegate management of spend across multiple levels. Once enabled by their organisation, fund managers can view available funds and cash outs, request new funds and distribute funds from within the Vivup highfive app

As we welcome feedback to continuously improve Vivup highfive, this update also adds the ability for the users to provide feedback and bug reporting within the app
